Out of the ones you mentioned, I would say Star Trek: Deep Space Nine was the best. It had some really compelling characters and a number of great story arcs.
X-Files is sort of in a different category. If they would have ended it a few years earlier and actually explained things a bit better, I might have chosen it.

Sorry but it has to be the X-Files. With Mulders funny comments and Scully's kick *** personality we all know that it is this. 9 Years of mysterious and witty episodes, it rocks!!!
Tears, joy, sorrow and just pure coolness makes this win.
Scully was so pretty and Mulder was hot, all in all i think this kicks *** :D:D:D:D:D
