ummmm that's a tough one
I would say Ned Flanders cause he'll let you borrow all his stuff without bitching but he would bug the hell out of me.
Krusty would be cool to have as a neighbor but he would have parties all the time and stuff.
there's so many great neighbors in Springfield but they all have their flaws also.
