Yes I have there is a guy in the town that i live in that has a big pink elephant. It is just a statue but it is a pink elephant none the less. He also has a baby elephant that is just like that.... so yes i have seen pink elephants

There is a fellow on the east end of town who has a large elephant, I don't know if it is stone or what but he's painted it pink and every time we pass it, I can't get eny of the kids to look.
