Your'e not alone,I'm 47 and still as horny as a young buck,no I dont exercise regularly,but I am on my feet all day at work,and I do smoke. My sex life is null and void due to other significant's health problems,so yes,I have to go solo most of the time when I have the urge,2-3 time a week.
