I have the water supplies just no drain. can i tap into the washer drain?

You can, but it wouldn't strictly be code. You'll need fittings certainly to do the job. What would cause you to have intake and no drain???

Depending on the location of the sink, and issues with any type of draining, you could go the cheap, gypsy route and drain directly out of the laundry room without tapping into clothes washer drain.

Yes, BUT make sure your tap into the standpipe is below the length of the tube from your washer. Make sure you put a p-trap on your sink, and don't use your sink and washer at the same time, it could overload the drain and back out onto the floor.
