If so, how long does it take you to "wind down" before you can go to sleep for the day? It takes me about two hours. I usually am on here for a little while, clean up the house a little and then go to bed and read until I fall asleep. I sleep about 4 hours then am up for the rest of the day until I take a short nap before leaving for work around midnight.

Me...still at work until 0600. And then it usually takes me from the time I kick off my shoes and my face hits the pillow to wind down. I only get 2 hours of sleep before my baby wakes up and then I'm up until 5 in the evening when grandpa gets off work so he can watch my boys so I can sleep before I go back to work.

If it only takes you 2 hours, be happy about it. It takes me a lot longer, but my job's very physical. I normally can't sleep but once in 3 days, unless there's a beautiful woman to lay with, then I can fall asleep...eventually;)...
