Make a container which a lot of bounce absorbance. Try some sponges. Practice at home with a raw egg from your frig to make sure your container works before trying it at school. (I had this project in the 7th grade. I used the soft sponging thing that some people use on their bed and wrapped rubberbands around it and the egg. It was soft enough to not hurt the egg, but sturdy enough to keep the egg in place instead of bouncing out of the container.)

If you drop it very carefully so it lands directly on end (like down a paper towel tube) it shouldn't break. A somewhat trivial answer is to hardboil it first, but this doesn't prevent it breaking per se, it just makes the resulting broken egg less messy.

Tie the egg with the right (a little short of) length of rope before dropping it & then drop. It wull just be hanging above the floor. It won't crack.

You'd need a lot more than one little egg to crack a concrete floor, wouldn't you?

Why would you want to do that?
Place the egg in pepsi or any other drink of the same nature, till the shell becomes softer but not too soft.
