I want to add forum in my website but don't know how to make it.. plz.... give the method for make it . plz also give HTML tags (code) so i can add my forum in site

there is no HTML code alone that will do this. you have to have a database to hold all the uniqe information in a forum, and a server to host that database, and a scripting that will show whats in that database.
that means you either need to go to a site that offers message board hosting (like ezboard) or you need to get a database/server/scripting combo that you can make work together.

There are plenty of places for free forums, I used to use bravenet.com They were free and easy to edit and other tools to play with too. Once you sign up and create one you can get the HTML code there.
