There is a use of all those stars, their gravity helps hold things together. Plus they may have other uses we don't even know about. Think about this:
There could be a being on the opposite side of the galaxy wondering the same thing as you, "what's the use of all those stars out there?". He/she/it doesn't realize that one of those stars he can't even see, is our sun, and it has a planet earth rotating around it which supports our life. So there is a use for the starts he can't see, he just doesn't know what it is.

Oh that is just a MKTing scam, you see companies who wanted to sell telescopes and binoculares put them in the sky further away than the existing ones, so there actually would be a point for you to buy their products, you just would not know about it beacuse it's classified, but I'm happy to let you in to this little secret.

At least now you can talk about it and even ask questions. That big bang resulted in some bits and pieces flying around and together they make up the universe. Not all these pieces such as our moon can have a romantic use!

They are the direct result of a natural process that does not revolve around us or you.
We are not the center of reality, we are a by product.

We need everyone of them. The " use" of this is balance. A balance that we can never completely understand looking at it from this "angle".
