The quick answer to this is NOT MANY !!..
Islam in Bosnia is traditonally very different to that in Saudi Arabia...

It is impossible to tell the exact number...because the last census in Bosnia..was in 1991, the next isn't planed untill 2011..and anyway ..the type of Islam is not recorded...

I guess you are asking this question because of the recent case in Bosnia of a adherent of Wahhabi's who killed his mother because she didn't go to morning pray....

There are a few followers of Wahabbism in Bosnia...but not many..Traditional Islam in Bosnia is very different from that of the Wahabbi /Salafi school... Most Bosnians are culturally Muslim but nothing else. Bosnian Muslim culture is very different from that of Saudi Arabia.. For example women..do not wear head scarfs..and alcohol is drank!

After the war more people discovered their Islamic identity and started to practise Islam..and you will now see women in Hijab..but not many... (Of course this is different from Wahabbism..and most practising Muslims in Bosnia are not Wahhabi!!)

Also alot of funding of Islamic instution came from Saudi Arabia..where Wahabbism originated..so that is why there are some.. But there are really UNPOPULAR... And many people do not like their influence...and worry that they want to make Bosnia into a theocratic state...And I know of mothers who have worried about their Wahabbi's influencing their son's to fight in other Muslim conflicts such as Checnya..and Kosovo. I think amongst ordinary Bosnians..Wahabbism is really unpopular!!! I don't know one person who likes such a thing.

Saudi Arabia has donated alot of money to rebuild mosques in Bosnia..but there have been cases where there have demanded that traditonal Bosnian Mosques have benn destroyed inorder to build new Saudi- Style ones... This of course is very unpopular...
And ironic that Muslims such as Saudi Arabia want to desroy what is left of Bosnia Islamic momuments after the war...

I think the prevalence of Wahhabi's..is over exaggerated because obviously ..it is natural that the media like a scare story..
And for example..in Serbia amongst some Serbs..there is a large fear of Islam..and there have painted all Muslim has extremists..Karadzic did this of the late president Aljia Izabegovic..to build fear among oridinary Serbs..That Bosnian Muslims wanted a totalitarian state in Europe which is not true..
