Sometimes life throws so much on my plate at one time. So many trials...it makes me feel pretty down and out. Anyone else ever feel like that?

I think sometimes we need to have our butts kicked hard enough to create a humble spirit. So that we realized that we dont needs some of the things we hold as high priorities. Ive had a rough last 5 years and have had so much thrown my way that I have let go some of the control I felt I needed on life and have become more relaxed. It builds inner strength and has taught me a patience I never knew I had. Be strong and hang in there!

Sounds like it's time to stop what you're doing, and take some time to taste the good things this world has to offer. The beautiful places, the good food, the pretty women etc. You'll have a new perspective.

lets just hope that the plate is big enough! I would rather pig-out and fail than starve and push through. Think of challenges as just that...challenges - opportunities to learn about yourself. If that doesn't work then have a shot of good quality whiskey, light up a strong french cigarette and laugh about it (my personal favourite).... At least you know you have learned something.

Yes,I know what it feels like. But we cannot let go.Got to keep moving on or we'll be run over by something we don't know.If you're feeling too down then I suggest you take a break and resume it after a while.but not too long or you might lose the enthusisasm.
Good luck buddy.

One of the things that I learnt and believe strongly that all of us have choices. We are so much trapped into I need this, I need that, I must do this, I must do that type of false limitations which just bonds us to traps that we only have created. Start setting yourself free from traps that you have created over years and slowly you will not only regain your energy, happiness, confidence, peace but even youth. Try it.

hmmmmmmm do you have both arms? both legs? both eyes? do they all work? do you have a roof over your head, and is it reasonably comfortable?do you have enough to eat? clothes? medical care if you need it? clean water? If so you are better off than at least half of the world, stop whining. If not, im sorry and is there any way i can help you?

Yes, and at those times, I remember that God never gives us more than we can handle. I sometimes think that He overloads us, when He feels that we need to return to His graces and ask Him for help.
