No, most banks and credit card companies would and should recognize that this is not a legit withdrawal. You should report it immediately.

that's a huge loss. you need to contact your bank immediately and notify the police as well. if they can pinpoint the ATM where it was withdrawn from, they might be able to get a picture of the person.

ok there is no way anyone could withdraw that amount from a single bank with out written explanation. and the fbi would be on that like flies on ****.
