I went to know the actual time for menstration. Because at times mine comes every three weeks.

You're probably young and your periods may not be very regular for a while, or even ever be 'regular as a calendar'... but, your biological menstrual cycle should begin about every 28 days. NOT the same date each month... it's referred to as being a 'monthly event', but it's not quite so. Other factors affect when it happens, too. You'll get to know your body's own cycle in time.

That sounds regular. Cycles vary from person to person and can be anywhere from two weeks to two months. The average cycle is about 28 days.
