In the Mattel labs they have genetically engineered a species of extremely small people who they then coat in melted hot plastic.
They then package them as Kens and Barbies and send them out to be bought in a store near you.
It's no surprise that Mattel don't advertise the process.

Well you can always try again? hum or.. did u try calling fisherprice as they are their pricipal dealer? You should gogive them a try or look on the box barbies are made of plastic so it's probably melted and then shaped in for with some metal (soft) inside to amke it move a little bit (i opened one once before) It;s just plastic and rubber melted in a mould then shaped in form and painted then it's varnished and added the hair through the wholes ( they do a knot and then push it in) It's quite basic stuff.. Probably done by machinary now..

I easily do not understand... I used to make my barbies kiss even as i became little. It became because i did not have a Ken doll or something. yet when I were given a ken doll I nevertheless used to make barbie and barbie kiss. It became because both their heads moved so as that it became a lot less complicated for them to kiss than a baribie and ken. Ken's neck by no potential blood.y moved. i imagine that is why I did it. yet I by no potential idea about me ever being a lesbian/(dont ignore bi) because of it. hmmmmm exciting...

I assume that they just pour liquid plastic stuff into a barbie shaped mould then leave it to set. Then they paint on the face and add the hair and clothing.

designed in USA & made in China.
Injection moulding is the process. Liquid HDPE is injected into molds. There is no secret just the designs are patented.
