Your machine is trying to boot form the network, follow the instructions below:
In the bios, set the network interface card entry to "ON (PXE off)" and remove the option of PXE boot from the boot sequence. Make sure all IDE devices are set to cable select (hard drives, CDROM, CD-RW etc) and that only those devices you have present are set to AUTO in the bios.
Goto BIOS setup and change the BOOT sequence :

Dust and dirt accumulation inside the laptop. A laptop needs to be cleaned at least once a year or more often. By cleaned I mean taken apart and properly cleaning the processor (CPU) heat sink and fan with compressed air. If you are not proficient with computer repairs, just take to a PC repair shop and they'll do that for you.

Every computer has a operating system installed in it with the help of which the user can easily interact with the computer. Operating System is a software which needs to be installed on every computer. I think you have not installed a operating system on your laptop. Please install a operating system like Windows or Linux on your laptop which might solve your problem. Incase if you have already installed a operating system some of the files might have got corrupted due to which it is showing this error. You can re-install the operating system if this is the case.

Since it says to "check cable" you might want to do that first. Look on the bottom of your laptop for a hard drive tray cover. Since you wont have a physical "cable" like a desktop, make sure the drive is firmly plugged into the port.
If your hard drive doesn't appear in the BIOS then its probably toast on the hardware level.
