i don't think so. do you use a crutch ? or hang your arm over a chair with the chair or couch back touching under your arm ? if so this could be causing it if not keep a eye on it and see what becomes of it may be some medical reason for it. also you did say your right under arm correct ? IM taking you are from here in the US where our automobiles steering wheels are on the left side so if you are driving with a arm out the window or not, the sun is not going to just shine on your right arm, in fact its not going to shine on it a bit, so that blows that theory to hell as posted by some of the answers.

guru's got the right idea. Driving can cause tanning on the right arm and not the left if you leave it out in the sun while driving.

it could have something to do with your deodorant or that you are driving in the sun on one side, but if it gets worse it could be medical. but most likely it's the driving thing.
