To remove burn marks from inside pots put baking soda over bottom of pot and add household vinegar (white), about 1/2 cup and let it sit for a few hours. The vinegar and soda will bubble and then help scrub off the burn. Use a pot scrubber after a few hours and it should come clean
Don't use this method of Aluminum type pots

I have used Creme of Tarter to remove burned stains from pots. Make a shallow pan of boiling water, add the Tarter and soak. When done use a SOS and it will come off. It works well too for things you burn inside the pot as well. It is my grandma's remedy and still works today.

Put a bit of baking soda on the pot or pan, add a dab of water to get it damp, then use a sponge and some elbow grease to scour it off. It shouldn't hurt the dish because the baking soda is a gentle scrubber, but it always seems to work for me!

you should call The producer, they should understand. yet you could also attempt this: Take a million/4th bleach, and 1tsp. of baking soda and placed it contained in the pan. carry to a boil, eliminate from the nice and comfortable temperature and sparkling with first light or in spite of dish detergent you take advantage of. once you'll use it back, Take Oil on a paper towel and rub the pan with it.

Try coke. (The drinking stuff.) Don't use it on copper but should work on steel. Leave it soaking for a while then scrub off.
