How do I delete addresses from the drop down menu appearing when I start typing an address?

U can delete the search history on ur yahoo toolbar this way. click the arrow in the search box. Select options, click clear history.

U can delete the history of yahoo search bar on its homepage by following this path. Tools> internet options> content> auto complete> clear forms. To stop the generation of history uncheck the box of forms.

To delete address bar history, follow this path. Tools> internet options> general > clear history > set the number of days to zero> ok. It will solve ur search related problems.

I don't believe that you can. The drop-down menu is a service provided to help you quickly access websites that you regularly frequent. The only way to delete the addresses is to not visit the website listed.

Selecting delete history as some have advised will clear it immediately but doing the above will stop them reappearing as you continue to use!
