-clearly: used to indicate that something is undoubtedly true, often because it is there to be seen
-apparently: used to indicate that something may be true based on available evidence

obviously
-clearly: in a way or to an extent that is obvious
-undoubtedly: used to suggest that there can be no doubt or uncertainty about something

apparently
-according to what seems true: according to what seems to be the case but may not actually be so

clearly
-without any problem in understanding: in a way that is easy to understand
-obviously: used to acknowledge that a statement is undeniably true

I guess they all mean the same in some ways.
