I am importing elect by-cycle CKD parts, some offcials stating that one part Motor wit hrear wheel is SKD. But Motor wit hrear wheel is one part as per the manufacturer bcoz motr is alloy part and is fit as axel.

If it goes more than 14mph its a motor vehicle and needs all the DOT stuff (may be 24mph in some states)

It's hard to say which one equates best, but consider this: The auto exhaust smells better than most farts, & vehicles don't drop "stool samples" on the road! This is a good thing because of the comparative size difference between the fuel tank, & the stomach. This line of thought reminds me of Ian Malcolm's line in the 1st "Jurassic Park" -- "That is one big pile of crap!"
