People! All the victims are of one small Iraqi, armless, peaceful family. They murdered the parents in front of the 18 month baby and her elder 15 sister. The young girl was shot in the head the 15 years was raped and shot and burned by the the soldiers of the so called freedom protectors , followers of Christ, the land of free! Was the family a Talibani or members of Alqaeda ?? Those who talk about the Muslims and arabs as terrorists must shut up thier mouths because they are liars and they never practiced what they preach, never, so please do'nt blame those who blow themselves among thier enemies because they saw thier most loved ones murdered brutally without any guilt!

If the soldiers are guilty, they will be punished. This sort of thing happens everywhere. Rape, murder, torture, terrible things, they happen because there are bad people without morals in the world. Don't blame me, my country, my race, or a religion in general, because you don't like what's going on in the world. It solves nothing, and causes more problems. Also, using this one incident as a fact to prove that the soldiers as a whole are acting like this is false. You should know better. If you can prove that our involvement has been a bad change for your country, and you were better off before, then do so. Whip out your counts of innocents killed before the war, and compare them to after. Show us your populations wiped out by genocide before the war, compared to now. Show me facts to prove your theories.

Aside from my disagreement of your opinion, I do respect it. You have a right to think what you want and say it, act on it. You want your country, with your laws and punishments? Then go out and make it happen. We want to leave your country, but what would the point have been if we do and another tyrant takes over? Make your country stable and we will leave. Then you can do whatever you want with it after that, I don't care.

Speaking for many Americans, No. This is not what we call human rights or freedom. We are very sorry this happened. We are saddened and embarassed.

If the souldiers are guilty as charged, we Americans owe this family and the people of Iraq a very sincere apology at the very least and anything else we can do to try to make up for the incident.

Every barrel of apples has a few rotten ones among the good ones. That is not an excuse, just one cruel fact of life. You have the same problem among your people.

Please be aware that not all Americans are followers of Christ in the same way not all Arabs are Muslims.

I'm not an American... I hate Bush though... I think every decent person on this earth believes that Bush was wrong to go to war... I'm from Ireland, and everyone here knows the reason. My uncle come's from Iran, so I know a lot about the religion and the people, I've seen photo's of his home town, and I would go there, if it wasn't for Bush and the "Army" being in Iraq, and planning to move into Iran to destroy "nuclear weapons" that don't exist, they want to shut down the nuclear power plants, leaving these people without electricity... Does anyone care... no, because "if they have nuclear energy then they have nuclear weapons." Why don't America destroy all their nuclear weapons then? See bet you's won't do it! Bush just wants Afganistan to remain in the poorest part of the world... I think he wants the rest of the planet to be 3rd world comparing to America... Do American's see this, no. But I'm sure nearly everyone else does! Well except the English, but they're idiots too...

I think you need to get your facts straight before you go on and on about all of this and as for the soldiers that are over there fighting for our freedom, they deserve your respect whether you agree with the war or not. They didn't say 'hey how bout we go to Iraq' no higher authority is forcing them to be there. But you don't see them going around and blowing themselves up because they don't want to be there now do you? No they deal with the pain and the frustration, the heat, and the hate, the fear and the emotions. Our soldiers are some of the strongest Americans out there, and you are saying they are all wrong, because a couple of them made bad mistakes? That's pretty hypocritical if you ask me. Your telling us not to talk badly of Muslims, however you talking badly of American soldiers. Don't open your mouth unless your sure you have a valid point. Thanks!

I agree with you! Believe it or not there are a lot of us here in this country that hate what our government is doing and wish we had some place else to be. I didn't vote for him, and hopefully he'll be impeached for what he's done, even spend time in prison along with all who blindly follow him.

See DowningStreet.org. Please recognize that many American's are as outraged as you are, and most of those that aren't are simply blindly apathetic. Most Americans are good people. I think my mother is typical- she says she agrees with me when I find a petition on line and ask if I can add her name to it- she agrees. But she doesn't want to hear the bad stuff "it's just too upsetting"-. She isn't forced to live it every day and can't possibly realize that her inaction is tantamount to supporting it. And many just don't believe what they can't see, and our media is far from unbiased here.

I am sorry that I'm unable to do more as an individual. I do write my politicians, belong to numerous organizations that are trying to change things and attend a regular vigil in our town every week where we attempt to spread the word about what is happening.

They soldiers have being doing the same thing in their own country and many other countries they invaded previously also so why should they be considered protectors in Iraq.
There was an episode on Oprah where they women soldiers were raped by their seniors. So when they treat their own women folk in that way, what can be expected for the women they already have hatred towards.
But I do believe there are good soldiers but the facts are facts. And it has finally come out in the news.

As the saying goes "war is hell"

Don't blame all Americans for the actions of a few immature soldiers. That's the same as blaming you for the beheading of those innocent people.

My understanding was when Iraq was "secured" and an Iraqi army/police was trained, that they would take over.

What gives? Bring the troops home I say.

If what you claim is true, it is a great injustice and a horrible, terrible shame on my nation.

However:
IF you are Iraqi, you bear some responsibility.
Your nation and those around you have harbored butchery and hatred of non-Islamic nations openly in your streets. You did nothing to quell or dissuade it. Men intent on the killing of innocents found open harbor amongst you. You encouraged them into Jihad.

The horrible crimes of war are around you now - not because its just - but because you did nothing to stop it.

You are very simplistic in thought to equate a few evil people with an entire nation. Should they be guilty, these criminals should face the harshest of punishment. As for the rest of us, you read and listen to too much propaganda. You need to shut your mouth and quit talking badly about Christians and Americans, which obviously you know nothing about. alqaeda and the taliban are gangs of self riotous misinformed cowards who blaspheme God by uttering His name in conjunction with cowardly and murderous acts. They have much in common with the people who committed that horrible crime against that poor family, God rest their souls. Obviously, you are catastrophically ignorant when it comes to Americans and Christians. These cowardly bombers will burn in hell for eternity for using God's sweet name in the process of committing vile and hateful crimes.
