The one that gives me personal satisfaction!
To quote Martin Luther..
If you happen to be a sweeper, sweep as if Michelangelo painted art, like Beethoven composed music, like mother Teresa helped the poor...etc etc..
So the bottom line is passion is what is important to do your job right, it could be highest level job or a chauffeur for the CEO!

something very satisfying with not too high of a risk factor. That way the wife doesn't worry about whether or not i'm coming home. That's the only thing keeping me from being a fire fighter...
