Seriously, i'm talking a well-sculpted backside. What kind of workouts are required?

You probably mean Gluteus Maximus

Do go running. It strengthens the hamstring, quadriceps, iliopsoas muscles at the front of the hips, calf and the gluteus maximus muscles with every stride, creating streamlined legs.

Cheers

Steve

First it's not glutinous it gluteus maximus, glutinous is a type of sticky rice. You can tone it by doing weighted squatting, this is very effective if you do it consistently.
