it is making jupitor habitable not black hole

Jupiter will never be habitable. It is too large, its gravity is so strong that people would hardly be able to function. The planet is mostly a big ball of gas, like the sun, with no solid surface except for an assumed rocky core many thousands of miles deep. And there is almost no oxygen in the massive atmosphere that makes up most of the planet.

By evolving as a new species. This may take billions of years and billions of people. Some survive and evolve to live and multiply in the new environment.

we cannot make a Black hole inhabitable.

we cannot move Jupiter by collapsing matter into a black hole.
we cannot live on Jupiter, but perhaps can live on one of its moons.
