I will try to apologize for some people who attempt to answer your question with criticism and cannot see that you are reaching out for friendship to the United States and to those of us on this board.
I give to you praise for learning English. For those who speak other languages, English is very difficult.
In a broad sense, yes, Turkey and the United States are friends.
Our two governments sometimes have conflicting views, but that is not unusual among all governments.
I speak a little Italian and and a little Spanish. I know how hard it is to learn a new language. I do not know if I could learn your language. I am old now.
I hope I have not used words that you cannot understand and that my sentences are not too long.
Some day, maybe we can be friends with all countries.
Do not give trying up to learn English. You will be proud.
I too feel that we are friends.

atleast b clear in ur question want u want to ask.read english newspapers,speak english atleast urself in fron of mirror,try to find the meaning of atleast any ten words in english with the hlep of a dictionary,then in one month u can learn many thing.in this way u improve ur english.all the best, fo ahead

buy a book that contains all the basic in english like correct grammar, pronunciation etc..& keep on practicing practice makes perfect & make learning a pleasant experience . i believe you can do it my dear =) im a university student too
