I really love this woman, I was madly in love with her and because she had a divorce we lost some 5 years to settle down. Now eventhough she has 2 kids from another wedding i have doubts in continuing with her because i am not sure that we can have a baby together. So i ask someone with experience or knowledge about this. Because it would be very bad for me to leave her and on the other had i dont know how i will feel if i stay with her with no kid.

Well it depends on the woman.Woman go through menopause at different ages, and their are women that have conceived and given birth at 45 naturally. My mother had her last child at age 44.On the other hand some women can experience menopause earlier around 40, so if she still ovulates she can be checked for the condition of the eggs she produces.Even if she has had menopause, through invitro fertilization she can have a donor egg implanted and fertilized by your sperm and have a child.A woman in England just gave birth to her child at age 62 using this alternative method ,because she wanted to give her husband(he's 60) his dream, a child of their own.The other issue here is how madly in love can you be, if its conditional on her producing you an offspring, but that's another question isn't it.Good Luck where there is a will ,there is a way ,people are finding them everyday, and science is quite advanced.

Menopause can set in as early as the 30s and as late as the 50s.
I happen to be 45, healthy and have one 20 year old son. The answer is, yes, she can have a healthy child, but there are certain risk factors that increase with age. The pregnancy would most likely be more closely monitored than if she were 20.
The more relevant question, as I see it, is whether it would be wise to have a child at that age and that only the two of you can answer.
