the egg, in evolution there must be a creature that first layed an egg and it soon developed into a hen. Evolution is not morphing btw it is natural selection. So the egg has to come before the hen.

No one knows the correct answer unless if they lived in the first century (or less than). I am also confused because the egg came from the hen and without hen there would be no egg.
Just don't mind that coz nobody knows the right answer.

technically the egg came first as it is in the egg that development occurs, an animal for instance would develop (over millions of years) into a hen in the egg rather than whilst living and walking around. difficult to explain but there it is
alternatively, looking at it alphabetically, the egg came first
