when i lock onto my computer it works well but after 10 minutes the mouse does not move any more. I do not kow what is the problem? Any suggestions will be appreciated.

If it is a mouse with a ball in the base, Try cleaning it inside as they do tend to get dirty. The best mouse is an Optical Mouse the one with the light underneath, you can buy them from around £5

Does the mouse take batteries? They might be dead.
If not try uninstalling then reinstalling the software, Maybe the mouse needs a good clean or it could be just old and need replacing.

i have the same problem it usually happens when your computer is going on stand by mode. for some reason the mouse does not come online. or maybe you should upgrade your mouse.

I would take it back and get a new one and see if it still does that. I did that and have a nice mouse now.

if multi button mouse could be driver issuse (update or reinstall)
standard mouse could try swapping with a friend

it has a possibility that the mouse is broken......or......full of dust inside so it needs to be clean........or ......the .......mouse isn't connected properly to the computer. I suggest that it is better to buy new one ........or maybe the computer hanged...........THAT's ALL

De-gunk the roller ball thingy underneath. Amazing what you'll find in there. Worse than any belly button fluff you've ever had!!
