can't really lose that much weight in a week....you could give it a damn good go though.

try eating small healthy meals..say 2 a day and try taking adios vitamin supplements. Also drink lots of water to flush out your toxins.

Excercise every day work up from 30 mins to an hour.

Also the kind of clothes you wear can make you appear slimmer, for example stipes are a no..no....wear something that elongates your figure and makes you look taller.

Also get a tan..a golden tan can also make you appear slimmer.

for loos a weight fristly the simple way is you belive whate ever you will do & finaly you will found posetive result & unfourtunatly if you are not loos weight dont vory try again & achive your target best of luck

no rice, no sweets, no junks
eat oatmeal, fruits & vegetables only, and lots of water
eat plain crackers inbetween when u get hungry (say every two hours)
