In my country, what ever an infant does it's good luck and pretty. We love infants somuch.

That would be assaulting the President with a lethal weapon and would result in the death penalty. Where are the Presidents secret service guards? They should have jumped between the President and that armed (penised) baby and put themselves in the line of fire to save the President! (At least the baby is a better shot than Cheney is.)
