might as well get it done, are you doing it at home, or the laundry mat, if you lived in Michigan i would do it for you. :)

You should do a load now while you're awake (esp if you're planning to stay awake for the wash cycle --usually 30-40 minutes) Then before you go to bed you can place the clothes in the dryer and they will be ready in the morning.
Remember to wash darks in Cold/Cold
Whites in the hottest water temp (don't use chlorine because it will ruin and yellow your clothes) The hottest water temp should get them as white as possible.

Will you wake someone up in your house if you do it now? If so, then wait. If not, get it over with. You'll be happy you did. My laundry is in the dryer as we speak.
