when i was in school i was slim had a good shape... but after maturity i became fat then doctors told that it is hypothyroidism...and iam still taking tablets for that..2years back it was ok i mean i lossed weight and i was looking good but now again its the same. please tell me how to reduce..but i want it in healthy way because iam anemic and i have low bp..please advise

see jyoti, the whole of weight cannot be explained by hypothyroidism alone.thyroid tablets make u lose weight by not more than 10%.also the bottom line or losing weight is run.other options swimming,dancing, brisk waling. etcdietary restrictions should always be there.
lastly there is no entity such as low BP.eat green leafy vegetables to keep ur hemogloin up.
healthy way reducing weight is run run run & run.

exercise is the answer..whatever medical and body conditions we may have had, this is the proven way to slim down adding the benefits of being stronger and based from the studies, 3yrs are added in our lives when we do exercise 3 times a week. You can do walking as the first step. With regards to food, go all natural and fresh if u can take it..that is fruits and vegetables.the more colorful, the healthier. Also, drink lots of water..Water contains 0 calaries, so when u drink the required 8 glasses per day, you're not only feel full to crave and eat lots, 0 calorie is taken by the body and water helps speed up metabolism..
