No... Saddam is dead in his trespasses and sins, like billions before him... a condition that renders them only mirrors, types and shadows of true existence. Upon death, he will be cast into utter darkness and eternally confronted with his vanity, insignificance, and folly. Of course, a burning lake of sulfar is optional if that settles your sensibilities concerning retribution for the evil he did here on earth.

YES.. he is still alive and having a court trial since he was caught till now .. and he even regained his strength and still able to defend himself..see t.v channels to watch his court and u will fall out of laughing.
