it's the M1 garand! the first semi automatic rifle ever to be the standard weapon of a country, and that country is america! it was invinted by john c. garand a canadian who built it in the springfield company! it acts similiar to a pistole cause it always tell ya when its empty! the clip always pop out after the last round is fired off! good weapon! by the way whats your rifle weapon?

I wouldn't say the Garand is my favorite rifle although it is one of the most technilogically important rifles made. My favorite would have to be the H&K G36. I got a chance to shoot one at a Gun show/expo recently and it is one of the most accurate 5.56 rifles that I have shot and it just feels perfect when holding it. And it looks pretty cool as well.

the one's that sit in the cabinet and look pretty but never get used. Not a fan of hunting.........
