this sounds like a homework Question.

Value being defined as something for the good of the unit or goal.
Call to meaning an opportunity to do something to support the value.
IT means that if a person has an opportunity to do something good for a cause or goal that the cause or goal is not detracted from by his inaction but that the person by refusing to take action makes less of himself.

Now as far as connecting that to those other values you relay need to come to that answer on your own because that is something of a personal belief issue and has no black and white correct or incorrect answer. If you are having allot of trouble with this ask your professor.

Well, to find the connection, just plug in the individual value in question and respond accordingly. Ex: if a person fails to respond to education, it is not education that is destroyed, but the person himself.... So, one possible answer could be: The person loses out on the opportunity to pursue that value (education- in this instance), by not holding it of higher significance and as such, is bereft of that value, and so, destroyed. (Then do it for the other applications)... Good luck!
