First drink warm milk and then put a good nature's CD. Relax and let your thought wonder into music. Bingo you should be sleep and if this dont work then use a mallet on your head by bang it hard on your head. Sorry I did not mean that. Just Joking

The goodway to find it out is to go for a sleep study.
Coz there are diff reasons for not getting sleep.

Else you cud do some excercises bfor sleep, or use sleep pills.

Close your eyes. Take deep breaths and try to concentrate in the darkness...don't think about anything. That helps me if I'm not able to sleep normally...

Try these two herbs "Valerian root' and "Kava Kava".
Also try "5-HTP" and/or "Melotonin" they are precursors to tryptophan.
A good 30 minutes of exercise and a warm shower 2 hours before bedtime also helps.

A GOOD WAY TO GO TO SLEEP IS TO DRINK SOME WATER BEFORE U GO TO BED. I ALWAYS HAVE TROUBLE GOING TO SLEEP AND EVENTUALLY I DRINK WATER AND I LAY DOWN AND BEFORE U KNOW IT U'LL BE SLEEP. AND EVENTUALLY DURING THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT I PROMISE U WON'T GET UP!!

I've been trying hard lately but i keep getting to bed too late. Anyways- I'm going to try setting my alarm really early and then I'll be really tired but tommorow night! Hope this works for you also!
