You'll all be moaning again soon when its privatised and a company can deliver cheaply in London (for example) but the Royal Mail is left delivering from London to a small northern Scottish village at a far more expensive rate because they have lost out on certain regional franchises. Let Royal Mail increase their charges so they can be self contained and everyone can benefit from flat fee's. A large envelope should be more expensive than a small envelope - it takes up more space on the vans and in the postman's bag.

If you do not check a company before entering into a transaction, you could lose your money, time and credibility. Some widely used resources are the Better Business Bureau (www.bbb.org) and the national fraud center ( www.fraud.org) These days, you can easily find out more about a company using the internet in a few minutes. From a company's website, you can details about its ownership, how old the company really is and feedback from the company's customers.

I hope the royal mail isn't privatised. we need something to stay governmnet owned in this country. somthing that works ok.

i don't know why people b#tch about the royal mail, is perfectly fine in my opinion and has been good value since day one!
