Reminds me of something I read in, like, Reader's Digest, years ago. A dude in a crowded parking lot backed into an unoccupied car. Feeling that he had to do something, he took out pen and paper and walked over to the car, and began writing while leaning on the hood. An hour or so later, long after the crowd dispersed and after the owner of the car returned, she found her car banged up and a folded-up piece of paper stuck under the windshield wiper. She unfolded the note and read: "Hi. I just hit your car. People were standing around expecting me to leave you my information. I had to write something."

I would write a letter and stick on all the four sides of the car. The letter would contain all the details of mine.. In case the car owner doesn't believe my letter I would also enclose my birth certificate,4 passport photographs,my current and water bill.
And I would also leave some money for him to ring me so that he can meet me and then we both will go to a restaurant. I will give him a treat there for hurting him and pay money to him as demanded by him.. If possible I will purchase and gift him a new car on his birthday..

I almost ran off. But the dent was too big to ignore. Old landrover. 1st gear engages beside the reverse gear. Clever me, i looked back thinking the reverse gear was engaged. It was the 1st gear that kicked. Big bang, blood went cold, called my mom. I was 18. Say what you want. Haha. But do leave a note. Something like "Dude...i'm so sorry about your car...but there was this chick that....". That should help eliviate some anger on their part :)

I would totally leave my name, number and insurance info...but I would probably sit there for an hour or so and wait 1st.

I believe in Karma and besides that, I have had that happen before and they didn't leave anything, and they took out the whole side of my car and it PISSED ME OFF!!!

I'd leave! It might not be morally right, but who cares?! The size of the dent wouldn't be that big anyway...

doesn't the Bible say, "Forgive and Forget"? Well I would forgive the idiot for parking so close to me, then I would leave and forget.
