As far as I know, your child would be a British national if he/she would be born in UK, despite the fact that you are a Pakistani national...i am no expert in legalities...hope this question would be answered by someone from UK...
congratulations with your child!

To get the birth certificate you would have to qualify as being a resident, so in other words, you have to live there. If you are just visiting and the baby is born it will be considered a birth by foreign parents on vacation, hence, no citizenship. Congratulations for your baby!

don't use you child as a free pass in to our country, is full as it is with more and more people like you abusing our system. Don't you have any pride for you're home country? Or is the plan to turn our soft touch Britian in to you're country, we have enough of your people taking over our towns like rats not fitting in with us and making us adapt to you tourists, why should we? Would we get the same treatment in Pakisan? I dont think so. We don't want you or your child here for a second longer than your visa allows. Our taxes are through the roof and your people have ruined our home land we dont need you or want you. In the end you will be on the wrong side of a civil war, is that the kind of life you want for your child?

Same as yours, since you are not a citizen and you are only on a visiting visa.

YOUR CHILD WOULD HAVE AN ENGLISH PASSPORT BUT YOU WOULD NOT . THEY WILL TELL YOU TO TAKE YOUR BABY HOME WITH YOU . YOUR CHILD CAN'T SPONSOR YOU UNTIL HE/SHE IS 18 YRS. OLD . IF YOU ARE CLOSE TO BIRTH YOU WILL BE SENT HOME , IF IT IS NOT DANGEROUS FOR YOU OR THE CHILD .
GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR BABY .
