well really the options are endless as long as you know a good custom jeweler. most custom jewelers can remove all stones melt the metal down and then you can either sell it to them for scrap value (which i dont reccomend because you will only get 1/8th - 1/16th the orrigional value) or you can have them work with you to create an origional peice that can use your old metal and stones to create something new and beautiful or they could make matches to the already existing peices if you really like them hope that helps

with all my old mismatched earing I took off the hooks and glued them onto my scrapbook pages and did a page about myself.

make a memory jar by gluing all the pieces on it or you could turn it to new jewelry by sting it different way glue it to a canvas and paint it the possibilities are only limited by your imagination

you can use them as embellishments for scrapbook pages, take them apart and make new jewelry, use them in collage, there's all sorts of things!
