Okay, i'm 16 and have my belly button done already. I know a few people who have got their tongue done and my parents are alright about it. But i got a few questions.
I got a new boyfriend and how long would it be before i can make out with him?
If i do ever take it out will the hole close up?
What is its effect on tastebuds?
And pain, does it hurt heaps to get done, i don't care about the after pain?

You probably should wait about 4-6 weeks before making out with him so it can heal. It doesn't hurt at all to get it done. Just some pressure and a pinch. It can be quite uncomfortable for about 5 days after, however. Try to sleep with your upper body/head elevated and take some ibuprofen. Let ice melt in your mouth. For the week after getting it done, you'll want to eat things like applesauce or broth soups. I've had my tongue pierced twice. My current one I've had for over a year with no problems.

It quite would not damage in any respect. i'd propose to apply the single provided by The Piercer. Then After It Heals you should use your own. Biotene facilitates Alot Ive Had My Piercing for 5 Days Now And My Tongue is nice in simple terms Rinse when you eat And formerly Bedtime. solid success

well i got mines done when i was 18 and it took me 2 months before it properly heal and yes when i took it out to change it to my new playboy one it close but it really doesn't help they give you listerin to numb it up or just get some baby orajel but remember some job places don't like to see that so think long and heard before you do it

Tongue piercings are so unattractive! You should avoid it all together.
