Chelsea are just buying all the best and most expensive players - they are probably the best league team, and I'm sure Barca are gonna get destroyed by Chelsea in the Champions League....
Though I don't support them, I think Arsenal are a very good team. Wenger is a great manager and with unknowns (apart from a few), he has created a brilliant team.

The Premiership and La Liga are the best leagues so theoretically, Chelsea and Barcelona are the two best clubs in the world.
But Chelsea have ruined the Premiership and will never gain the respect that Man Utd, Liverpool, Arsenal etc have gained by winning titles, cups and competitions without using extortionate amounts of money to do so. Shevchenko, for example, is an over-hyped old man of a player. £30mil? No way. Yeah, good luck with him Chelski...

Chelsea have brought back to back premiership titles but that does not make them the best team. Just a team that can afford some of the top rated players.

Chelsea are NOT the best team, nor will they ever be......it seems every year mourinho will change the squad, buy in the "in form" players, shove off the "past it" players......that aint gonna work.
these world class players he will have sitting on the bench will get tired of playing as "fringe player" and will request a move.
they will end up like Real Madrid's "galacticos"......so much talent, and nothing to show for it

Barcelona have proved to be the best Chelsea have got great big money players but only one bread talent(Terry) he is the only player to be there from a really young age!
Barcelona have Messi,Eto and lots of fring player who have developed there as players to gel into the team, In England for me the best football is played by Arsenal(almost Brazilian).Any pro you tell you that they are only beat by ugly sides who bully and harass them!
I do n't think you can say who is the best Chelsea have the results and Liverpool have nothing but Steve Gerrard!

I think at the moment, they are, but as an avid Liverpool supporter, we have a great team, some of the player aren't world class but so what? We've won the Champions League with a team that has a few non-world class players!!!

for now chelsea are the best team, but not forever there will be emerging teams from the lowere nd of the leagues polus man u and liverpoolw ill get much better.
