you will loose weight, and your energy to do your daily routine. Meaning, at times you will feel dizzy, and like you can faint..if you do excersie with bad eating habits, its basically like killing yourself little by little. you could have a heart attack, or a stroke in your sleep..so don't do that.
Make sure you eat, if you don't have time to eat the 3 meals, then at least take your vitamins, try to eat something though, your body needs energy to survive, your brain needs energy, the body cannot survive without the mind.

Your brain and central nervous system along with a plethora of other vital organs use carbohydrates from food you eat for energy consumption and ensure your body operates effeciantely. If you do not eat enough your metabolism will slow down. Our cave dwelling ancestors used to go long periods of time without eating so our bodies are pre-programed to slow down food absorption when we do not eat regularly.
After doing this to your body for a little while you will eventually begin to process fat storage and muscle mass for energy your body needs to operate. At first you will probably end up becomming dizzy and passing out as your body shuts down at first. These symptoms are red flags the body is giving in an effort to warn you IT NEEDS FOOD TO OPERATE!! Given enough time the bi-product of your fat consumption known as "keytones" will start to break down your liver, kidneys, and various other internal oregons. You cannot fully comprehend the damage you will do to your body in the long-term by choosing not to eat enough food.
Your best bet is to not try and look like a lost starving child from Ethiopia. Pay attention to what you are eating. Stay away from saturated fats. Eat protein enriched foods which help in energy production and consumption. Figure out how many calories your body needs MINIMAL TO SURVIVE and then consume that amount daily to keep healthy. Ensure you are doing what you can to maintain a healthy and very active lifestyle.
My best friend in the world starved herself through highschool in an effort to get thin. She graduated four years ago and her mertabolism is SHOT, she has Type II diabetes, and anything she eats now is slowly digested to the ponit that she cannot consume entire meals because she gets full quickly. She will probably endure a life long struggle with her health because of what she chose to do in 3 years of her teens.

Well, when you don't eat enough our body goes into starvation mode, and when you do start eating normally again you'll end up storing every ounce of fat you put in. Not to mention you will become malnourished and can develop osteoporosis and other awful diseases that can severely diminish the quality of life in your future.
