Lemonade is carbonated water? Maybe in Bolton, but not in the rest of the world!

Funny you should say that because the other day I was
emptying one of the kids unfinished cups of water into my aquarium as we have very strict water restrictions where I live at the moment so I don't waste a drop.
Well 2 days later my fish pond became very cloudy and my fish was lying on the bottom very ill. I guessed that it must have been lemonade instead.
Well I had to empty the tank and place the fish in a smaller tank I had, and treated it with a little sea salt which is a natural antibiotic and well it hasn't returned to normal yet and is still just hanging on.

That was only a small cup worth in a large 2 foot x 1.5 foot tank.

So based on my experiment I'd say no to the lemonade.

Based on your other questions I'd say you have a
goldfish fetish.

You have the makings to be a great Mad Scientist! Maybe someday they will make a movie about your accomplishments. Unfortunately, they will have to use stand-ins or stunt fish to replace all the fish you will kill in your experiments!

But I suspect that they are your sister's fish, so never mind. If they are large enough you could probably invent different ways to cook them. The lemonade and carbonated water should give them cool new flavors!

;-D Creativity is the mother of all inventions!

no the fish would not survive with lemonade in the tank, but has a good chance of surviving with carbonated water, it is not fair to risk a life just to try it though.

ABSULUTELY YES, IF ITS YOU? WHAT WOULD YOU DRINK A LEMONADE OR A GOLDFISH WATER? IF YOU SURVIVE WITH LEMONADE SO THE FISH DO.

Nonononono! you need specially maintained water for fish! They need just the right balance of nutrients and things in their water, too much one way and you make them sick, even kill them.

I hope this helps! :)

Highly unlikely. If we put you in a room filled with nitrogen would you survive.
