If you're an abuse victim, its okay to be shy and angry, but you should be honest about it to ur friends. If you are still in the abusive situation, tell ur friend's parents... If people feel you hide things from them, they tend to go away thinking you dont like them.
Abusers say dont speak, cuz they know speaking makes u stronger.

Hi, i am a boy, almost at your age (13), i used to be shy, but now, i am not so much. Trust me, your shyness will dissapear when you will talk to other peopple and play and do other stuff with them..
