then click "sign up";
fill up all the necessary information for your application as well as the account settings;
then wait for the confirmation email;

Like any peer networking site, there is a new member link on the home page.
With respect to friendster, you may want to research it a little more. Friendster suffered a setback after MySpace began, and has been replaced almost entirely by MySpace. This is due to restrictions which Friendster decided to impliment in an effort to protect its users and to keep the servers from getting overloaded.
