Put Rotten Meat as far away from food larder as your property will allow. They'll swarm the meat, then after they start swarming, spray bug poison on them until they all rot in hell!

A natural method would have to be near UV. It is not toxic to people when turned off.
Failing that, then keeping the kitchen clean is the only other choice.
