what is the qualifications for free healthcare for the state of Indiana?

on a topic thaat i was given, the question asked, Should illegal immigrants recieve free healthcare? But there are several questions that need to be answered before the answer comes.

First of all, illegal immagrants should NOT be able to get free healthcare!!! They need to pay for it since they're illegal.

You either have to be disabled, a senior, or I got it because I physically cannot work because of fainting problem, and I have a child.
