i snore loudly & my nose is blocked when i sleep.
There is little mucus when i brush in the morning

snoring is due to some extra tissue growth in the respiratory track. when the affected individual sleeps, it obstructs the respiratory path and forces him/her to breath through mouth. The air getting in and out of mouth hits the larynx causing it to vibrate and produce snoring sound.
The best cure is surgical correction by an ENT specialist.

The soft palate (or velum, or muscular palate), is the soft tissue comprising the back of the roof of the mouth.
The soft palate's motion during breathing is responsible for the sound of snoring. Minor operation need to done on the soft palate. It is curable only.

Do you have a deviated septum? Are your tonsils abnormaly large? Surgery is usually the key if your snoring interferes wih your breathing.

Trick: losing weight decreases snoring.

http://www.snorelesssleep.net worked really good for me. My woman quit sleeping at my place and when she did manage to stay over I had the couch until this stuff fixed me up.
