You really shouldn't take laxatives when you're pregnant unless you've cleared it with your doctor.
You shouldn't take ANY medications, for that matter, unless your doctor has told you it's ok.

I'd go to a doctor, or at least phone a doctor with that question. Meds have strange effect on children during pregnancy, so don't take risks.

well its not good you should do greens broccoli and light iron pills that's the usual cause of constipation . Eat more fiber cereals

its not good go to the nearest herbal store there is this tea called smooth move it works and it is safe for the baby my doctor recommended it
